Welcome to my blog. I'm writing this blog because I want to help organizations to prosper. I've used 50 years of my life thinking about, and sometimes practising, what makes some organizations grow and others decline. Here's one thing I've learned: You can't stay the same. There's no other choice. Times change, markets change, products change, people change, the economy (whatever that means to you) changes. If you want to be doing your thing for a long time you had better know what you want to become.
